Eagles descend
toward fish thrown into the water.
People on the boat
raise their cameras.
Whether it is
a good thing or not,
for a moment,
I’m no longer sure.
The engine hums
as the boat heads back to the pier.
The cold wind
feels closer.

鷲が降りてくる。
